My Incredible 90 Day Toenail Fungus Transformation
How I Got Rid of Toenail Fungus in 3 Simple Steps:
STEP 1 - Reduce Nail Mass
- It is important to understand that the fungus lives UNDER the nail, not on the nail itself.
- The toenail is actually acting as a barrier protecting the fungal infection. It is working against you.
- You MUST reduce the barrier by trimming the nail as close as possible. Then grab a nail file to reduce the thickness of the nail.
- This will dramatically increase the amount of anti-fungal liquid entering the nail bed where the fungus is hiding
STEP 2 - Undecylenic Acid
Undecylenic acid is the most powerful anti-fungal ingredient. Don't waste your time with anything less. I used Zeta Clear Anti-Fungal Solution which is a combination of Undecylenic acid and 7 other natural anti-fungal ingredients.
STEP 3 - Apply Treatment Under The Nail
This is the most important step nobody talks about. Firstly, you need to understand that your fungal infection lives in the nail bed, which is under the toenail (not in the toenail itself).
So, in order to bypass the nail and get into the nail bed, you need to apply the treatment in 3 locations:
1. Under the tip of your nail
2. Both sides of the nail
3. The base of the nail
Use your fingers to pull back your skin to make sure you get the solution deep into all of the nooks and crannies.

Rinse & Repeat
Apply the treatment twice-a-day (morning and night). You will need to repeat the process for at least 90 days, although you should see results in as little as a few weeks.
Consistently follow this process and before you know it, you will have clear, beautiful nails again!

*Bonus Tip
You know what fungus hates? Sunlight! There is a reason why mushrooms are grown in the dark. Your fungal nails love to hide in the darkness of your shoes & socks. In fact, this is where it thrives. Get those nails out into the open and in direct sunlight at least once per week if possible.
